I was writing an article about Student Evaluation of Lecturers.However,it is not a complete article,but it may help us in a way we want.I thought it is a good Idea to have that system to find out about lecturers quality. However, the system must be in a confidential way to make students feel safe.Mose of the students do not like to mention their names.As it has been refereed in the article evaluation system has become very popular among the universities. it has been caused a big competition among them.The second thing which has been refereed to is,evaluating lecturers by students performance in their final examinations.I think it may not be a good idea,because,all students are not same and as intelligent as another.We cannot say that it is not a beneficial way,but it cannot be as beneficial as the general way of evaluation.Everyone's intelligent quality is different to another.

Yupz...actually im agree with bahar....i think it should be fair...each of student has diferent of intelligent..sometimes..one of student is not good in drawing but he good in editing animation and etc. There are a lot of case like that so i think the lecturer should be fair to evaluating something...it cant just from where that guys come from, local or international..everyone is same...
each student have different skill,that mean lecturer should know which still their students are.even its hard to remember all students skill,but unless they should understand this point that no one perfect as everything.
I think evaluation system is really important. There should be an opportunity for students to mention their opinion about the lecturers they have. This could be through online forms or manual forms depend on the facilities. So, university will know how and where they have weakness and try to improve themselves for better ranking among other universities. If students are not satisfied maybe they leave the university and soon the university will actually become ruined. Also, there must be the same for students. Lecturers must have the opportunity to mention their opinion about students. Surely, they cannot say their opinion about hundreds of students. That is why they take exams. But the truth is that not all of the students have the same proportion of intelligent. It would not be fair if students are being labeled by exams. Lots of problems like diseases, sudden problems or family problems may happen in the time of the exams. So, it seems it’s not fair at all. In my point of view, I think students must be evaluated during the semesters by their course work. Also, lecturers must spend time during last two month of the semester talking with students private to inform them about their weakness and want them to improve. In this way, if any special problems are with the students will be known by the lecturers and may be solved by their cooperation.
