Based on the findings,one of the important things that most of the students were not satisfied with was talking in Malay in front of international students.It is one of the student's concern which causes dissatisfaction.every international student comes to an international university to learn in English.So,talking in Malay or any other local languages in the class might cause disappointment and dissatisfaction.This is cultural shock for international students.They suddenly find themselves among some people who are talking in a language that they have no idea about.Some of the international students make themselves ready to confront different behaviors that they have not seen before.They think that they are ready to come to an international university and country to learn.However,they see some behaviors that they did not expect at all.it means that no matter how well you are prepared, there are many things in a culture that you cannot find in books or internet.
At first, dealing with cultural shock is difficult for international students.However,as time passes some of the international students learn how to deal with it.There are some students who cannot deal with it and come back to their home or try to make friends with people who are coming from their own country.

Now I really want to learn about Malay language because I use to think that international university would be talking only English,but it's not. Sometime I feel adverse with local student that they can make communication between lecturer more easier than international student who using English language especially when we have to present our work to lecturer face to face.
I agree that when students go to other countries for higher education, but they find situations totally different from what they should be, they get really shocked. For example, as you said, when students wants to apply for other universities they look for the language being used in there. In the countries which their language is not English, which is the most common language among people around the world, there would be some problems. As you mentioned, students will see that lecturers talk with local students in the language of the host country. Definitely, international students won’t feel comfortable in the class which lecturers can communicate with local students better and easier and lecturers can support them better. If international students don’t understand the concept of the subject and ask questions, lecturers only answer in English. But, lecturers give advises to locals in their own language. So, international students feel that they cannot improve their English language skills and they feel they must learn the host country’s language. Also, they will be dissatisfied with university because they can see that there must be totally English speaker lecturers but they are not. Confusion and misunderstandings are common in this situation because neither the lecturer nor the students are native English speakers. So, students will become dissatisfied and want to change their university or went back to their homes.
I agree with Bahar. All of us have this problem in different semesters (especially in first semester). Honesty first time that I faced to this problem I had very bad feeling and after that, I hate to go to that class. Personally I thing when universities accept to be an international university they have to fallow the roles and have good responsibility towards international students. One of the important role that lecturers must fallow it is, speak English in the class. Because when students cannot understand, what lecturers is talking about so, how he or she wants to do assignments or pass the exam. The main problem that MMU lecturers have is, when students ones to presentation their work mostly lecturers speak Malay curing her or his presentation and it cause students thing they are making joke of them even if lecturers are saying his or her work is good.
At first improve my English is one of my goal to go broad but sometimes that goal is hard for me to rich it, because we have to realize there are still a lot of people in other country especially use that own language o talk with others. That case make me have to learn their language also. Because sometime i feel so hard to communicate with other that they don't know English. So i think learn Malay is important also after English.
To Machima: learning Malay language is definitely good to communicate with local people.But, You are not supposed to talk in Malay in an international students.Everyone who have entered an international college or university knows that English is the language that must be used.There are a lot of students who do not have any plan to learn Malay or any other local languages,because they have entered an international university to talk and study in English.If anyone want to use any other languages they have to enter local universities not international universities.
